Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy:

Returns: Prices exclude shipping charges. No returns or refunds without an RMA within 14 days of purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to any accepted returns with an RMA. We reserve the right to issue a credit for returned items that we accept undamaged with the RMA, rather than providing a refund. All products should be inspected immediately upon delivery for any shipping damage or defect so a claim may be filed. Take photos of any shipping damages and indicate this to the driver.

Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated and may require an additional cost. You will be contacted via email, if you wish to cancel the order at that time, there is no charge to you, and we will provide a full refund. Most orders are shipped within one business day but please allow 1-3 days on average depending on the size of the order. Custom mounted print items (i.e. game board or box prints) may take 2-5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot ship to a Post Office Box on orders larger than a flat rate envelope, please provide a physical address for larger orders. Delivery times on all orders are not guaranteed. 

Shipping Orders within the U.S.A.: Shipped via FedEx for larger orders such as game boards and boxes (once shipped, delivered within approximately 5 business days), and U.S. Post Office for small orders such as dice and pawns (once shipped, delivered within approximately 2-3 business days). Shipping is estimated only, based on approximate weight and dimensions. Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company and the weight of the item. 

International Shipping Orders (Outside the U.S.A.): Shipping may require additional charges. Once you place your order, if additional shipping is required, using your ship to address, we will be able to determine the additional amount. Shipping is estimated only, based on weight and dimensions. Shipping charges may vary depending on pricing charged by the shipping company and location of final destination. 

Other Information: Pricing is subject to change. Products may vary in color and or size from those shown. Our products are not toys or childcare articles, and intended for ages 13 and older.

Place an order on-line OR… if you prefer to send a check or money order, print your order and provide a shipping account number & mail it to us. If you don’t have a shipping account number, complete the order as if you are using a credit card, then you will have the shipping costs for your order and include it with your payment. Note that shipping charges are estimated and may require an additional cost.

Privacy Policy:
MJS Creations, LLC (“MJS”) operates gameboarddesign.com and may operate other websites. It is MJS’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors: Like most website operators, MJS collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. MJS’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how MJS’s visitors use its website. From time to time, MJS may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.

MJS may also collect potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on gameboarddesign.com blogs/sites. MJS only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information: Certain visitors to MJS’s websites choose to interact with MJS in ways that require MJS to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that MJS gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up at gameboarddesign.com to provide a username and email address. MJS uses cookies to help MJS identify and track visitors, their usage of MJS website, and their website access preferences. Business Transfers: If MJS, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that MJS goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of MJS may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.

Ads: Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by MJS and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Privacy Policy Changes: Although most changes are likely to be minor, MJS may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in MJS’s sole discretion. MJS encourages visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. If you have a gameboarddesign.com account, you might also receive an alert informing you of these changes. Your continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

NOTE: There are NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES. We double-check the quality of all items before they are shipped. Most orders are filled within 1-2 business days. We do our best to maintain quick order filling that reduces the need for quicker shipping charges & saves you money. We do accept returns or exchanges on a per basis request. Any orders authorized for return/exchange will have a 25% re-stocking fee for product only (no shipping costs are refunded). Any orders that may have a concern, must be indicated to us via email within 7 days of delivery. Shipping is not reimbursed on any order. No orders returned without a return authorization number. We reserve the right to modify prices without notice.

– Delivery times on all orders are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for how shipping company’s handle their deliveries.
– ALL orders may require additional costs depending on the weight of the item being shipped. You will be contacted via email, if you wish to cancel at that time, there is no charge and you will receive a full refund.
